Most orders ship within 3 business days.

Once delivered to the post office, a package’s journey is out of my control. Wild Siskiyou Girl is not responsible for package loss or damage to contents. 

Please select insured shipping if you are concerned about package damage, loss  or theft. 

Due to irregular and high costs, shipping insurance is not offered on international orders, nor is door to door tracking. 

Wild Siskiyou Girl is not responsible for customs fees and will declare all items’ values accurately on customs forms. 

Rates are as follows:

• Free First Class Shipping US + Canada 

• Insured First Class Shipping US + Canada: $7.  

• All other international shipping: $18.

Return Policy:

It’s essential to me that you love the jewelry that you receive from Wild Siskiyou Girl! On this note, returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the item for shop credit or exchange ONLY.
Please note that all sale items and custom orders are final. Items must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed and insured for their full amount. A restocking fee may apply to all items not received in their original condition. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
